Frequently asked questions
How is GroupFlow different from a shared spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet records what someone typed. GroupFlow works out what is actually true: whose passport is valid past the return date, who has paid, and which routes carry risk. It also updates without anyone maintaining it.
What is RouteDNA?
RouteDNA is our route risk engine. It scores a proposed itinerary from 0 to 100 across seven weighted factors before you book, and shows which factors drove the score.
Can I run a pilot first?
Yes, and we would prefer it. Founding pilots run one real trip on GroupFlow with direct support from the founding team. Terms are agreed with you before anything starts.
Does GroupFlow replace our booking process?
No. You book however you already book. GroupFlow handles everything around the booking: the roster, the documents, the readiness and the route risk assessment beforehand.
Who is GroupFlow built for right now?
Organisers moving roughly fifteen travellers or more, where a spreadsheet has stopped being viable. It has been designed against groups of thirty to sixty.
