Why GroupFlow exists

Dara, Founder
Dara has been running group travel since 2024 through Tribetravels: trips across 8 countries, moving travellers and guiding them through their visa applications.
That is where the problem became personal. The tools organisers actually use, group chats, shared spreadsheets and memory, were never built for the stakes involved. One missed detail could strand a traveller or derail an entire group, and the work of preventing that fell on one person holding it all in their head.
GroupFlow is the system she wished had existed: a single place where a trip’s travellers, documents, payments and route risk are visible at once, so the organiser can see what is actually true rather than reconstructing it from four chat threads the night before departure.
Mission
To give every group travel organiser, regardless of budget or team size, a system that makes complex group trips safe, coordinated and manageable.
Vision
A world where moving a group of people, for faith, family, education or work, is never held back by coordination chaos or preventable route risk.
